Municipal detailed spatial plan PR-033 in Prestranek

The OPPN is being prepared with the aim of rehabilitating the area in question and establishing a new business and production zone, which includes:

• the construction of several production halls,
• the implementation of external and traffic arrangements,
• the partial relocation of the existing municipal road,
• the construction of new municipal and energy infrastructure for the needs of the area in question.

For the investor's needs, the construction of seven interconnected industrial halls of rhomboid shape with the designations H1, H2, H3, H4, H5, H6, a commercial building H7, and a garage with the designation G1 is planned. The outdoor areas will be used for handling, transport, and green spaces, and to a lesser extent for parking. Green spaces are planned mainly along the access road and around the perimeter of the area.
