Municipal detailed spatial plan for the Vrhnika Retirement Home

The OPPN area is located on the southwestern edge of the town of Vrhnika and covers undeveloped land on the western side of the retirement home, which consists of gardens, fields, and meadows. The colored area covers the area between the existing Vrhnika Retirement Home, the access road to the Pekarna Vrhnika production plant, and the Hribski potok stream, and logically rounds it off. The investor of the Vrhnika Retirement Home plans to build a facility for residents with dementia and related conditions, a day care center, and an intergenerational center, as well as a facility with assisted living apartments. This will provide residents with better living conditions.
