Municipal detailed spatial plan for the Medvode Center

In the heart of Medvode, in an attractive location north of the confluence of the Sava and Sora rivers, we are planning a comprehensive spatial redevelopment. The area, with its exceptional view of Šmarna Gora, is located in the immediate vicinity of key infrastructure: the municipality, library, market, and bus and train stations.

From a degraded area to a modern neighborhood
We will transform the currently degraded area, where a temporary waste collection center is located, into a high-quality living space. The planned OPPN envisages:

The construction of a new apartment building with accompanying facilities.

Renovation of the existing apartment building and construction of associated garages.

Parking areas: Creation of a new park on the northern side of the area.

Coastal belt: Establishment of a public footpath and outdoor areas along the Sava River.

Infrastructure modernization
As part of the development, we will also carry out necessary technological upgrades:

Demolition of the old MRP Donit station and construction of a modern replacement station.

Upgrade and rerouting of part of the gas transmission pipeline.

The result will be a well-organized city center that exploits its full development potential by the water.
