Expert basis for the OPPN Na Sap in Vrhnika

The OPPN Na Sap area in Vrhnika is intended for residential construction. The area has no direct access to a public road. Therefore, the purpose of the expert basis was to determine access to the OPPN Na Sap area and to plan the entire transport network of the future settlement and other economic public infrastructure. We have envisaged two urban planning variants, which differ in terms of the layout of the planned buildings, but have similar traffic and municipal arrangements, allowing for various options for parcelling and building placement. The buildings are oriented northeast-southeast, which allows for the most suitable layout of living spaces. It is also suitable for the construction of low-energy buildings. The planned road connects to the Ljubljana–Vrhnika regional road between the existing buildings, which are located approximately in the middle of the area, and represents the only possibility for a traffic connection without demolishing the existing houses. The main road runs parallel to the regional road or footpath and connects to the local road for the Sinja Gorica industrial zone in the south via the OPPN Mercator area. This junction will also serve the needs of the planned store. In the technical documentation, we have also provided a conceptual design for all utility lines.
