Traffic model and traffic study for the Municipality of Kamnik

The subject of the traffic study is the revision of the traffic model for the town of Kamnik, which was prepared in 2007 by City Studio d.o.o. The revision is being prepared for the purposes of updating the model, calculating traffic loads on the network in 2018, and checking traffic flows. Between 2007 and 2018, new buildings, residential areas, shopping centers, and industrial areas were built in the municipality of Kamnik, which is taken into account in the update of the traffic model. This mainly involves checking the new traffic connection between the regional roads R1-225 (Mekinje – Sp. Stranje) and R2-414 (Kamnik - Tuhinj).
