Conceptual solution and detailed design for the implementation of active noise protection on the Ljubljana bypass

In cooperation with the contractor PNZ d.o.o., we carried out a conceptual design and implementation project (PZI) for active noise barriers on sections HC H3 0086, 0088, 0089, 0090 (LJ ŠMARTINSKA–KOSEZE), we have developed a conceptual solution and implementation project (PZI) for active noise protection in the area of the Ljubljana bypass between four sections of the expressway.

The preparation of project documentation for the conceptual solution (IDR) and implementation project (PZI) for active noise protection for Section 11, which covers the area of the northern Ljubljana bypass, is planned. The planned scope is determined by the previously prepared "Noise Pollution Study with Noise Barrier Proposals for Section 11, which covers the area of four sections of the H3 expressway:

• section 0086 LJ (Šmartinska - Tomačevo),
• section 0088 LJ (Tomačevo-Dunajska),
• section 0089 LJ (Dunajska-Celovška) and
• section 0090 LJ (Celovška-Koseze)

Our team participated in the project by preparing:

• traffic equipment and signaling for the entire section,
• a road closure plan,
• a project for the installation of noise barriers at the Šmartinska and Podutiška road junctions.
